Forever blue?

Article Abstract:

The similarity of symptoms between dysthymia and major depression is one of the reasons why dysthymia is misdiagnosed. The symptoms include low energy, self-esteem, hopelessness and poor concentration. Some of its probable causes are changes in family structures and emphasis on achievement.
