The perfectionist trap

Perfectionism is the unconscious belief that making any mistakes is a sign of weakness or failure and is unacceptable. Perfectionism is self-defeating and unhealthy. The steps to take to avoid perfectionism include admitting a problem exists, eliminating unimportant things and trying to be average.
