Diana Morgan, author of cookbook 'Salmon' offers several tips to cook the salmon fish, a great source of lean protein and healthy omega-3 fatty acids, in different ways. Some of them are cooking salmon with pasta, using salmon inside the bun for burgers, and preparing grilled salmon.
