Go, baby, go!

Article Abstract:

Crawling is any form of prone progression, or moving in which the tummy faces the floor, that takes a baby's motor abilities to a new level. It also spurs growth and refines a host of other skills. Joseph Campos, PhD, a renowned child development specialist at the Institute of Human Development at the University of California-Berkeley and writer of the journal 'Infancy' considers crawling and its many incarnations to be the psychological birth of a baby.

Stop, look and listen

Article Abstract:

Researchers suggest that newborns can see and hear, but vision and hearing are not fully developed until they are three months old. As the newborns cannot see the nuances of color, they may prefer to look at stark black-and-white patterns and it is found that babies love hearing things over and over enabling to develop their auditory system.
