Goal for it!

Article Abstract:

Three women transformed their fitness through a no-fail approach to exercise and weight management. Each of them chose a concrete challenge and developed a training regimen toward this goal. Susan Booth joined a triathlon, Christa Tobey trained for a marathon, while Julie Upward's goal was to reach the Mount Whitney's summit in one day.

The water's fine

Article Abstract:

Athletes who want to optimize their running capabilities deserve to try the 40-minute deep-water running program initiated by Douglas Stern. The program consists of several underwater exercises, including power walking and uphill running, which effectively increases one's running speed on the road.
