Is your relationship making you sick? Just say no to your partner's poor health habits

Article Abstract:

The adaptive and accommodating quality of women is blamed for the tendency of women to emulate the bad health habits of their mates. Women should analyze which of their mate's habits are bad for them and discuss such differences with their mates so as to program adjustments to protect their health.

Women's unrealistic goals regarding fitness lower self-esteem and affect health behavior. This was revealed in a 350-woman survey on exercise regimens, body image and health behavior. Women need to have high self-worth and to choose their own exercise programs.
