The ball curl-down is an alternative type of exercise that can be used to strengthen abdominal muscles. Unlike other floor-based exercise, the ball curl-down prevents back and neck strain since it involves performance of other movements while sitting on a big bouncy ball.

The inner-thigh squeeze exercise aims to improve the muscle tone of the thigh. It also helps in preventing injuries, such as groin strain, by strengthening inner-thighs. The exercise is done by lying on the back and maneuvering the hip adductor to control lower legs.
