Help your child handle frustration

Frustration is a natural emotion for children, and one that is sometimes difficult for them to handle. Children should be taught how to manage it to cope with the challenges of adulthood. Patience, persistence, a positive look at a situation and learning to live with a situation are recommended.

Coping with interruptions

Interruptions have become a way of life for most working mothers. Such breaks, however, can also bring benefits; such as making one realize one's worth, providing a relief from monotony and infusing a fresh perspective on tedious activities. Pointers on avoiding interruptions are offered.
