Pumpkin cake roll

Article Abstract:

A pumpkin cake roll recipe that contains 172 grams of fat is made over by eliminating butter, reducing sugar and substituting a light cream cheese and fat-free ricotta cheese. The changes brought the fat content down to 30.8 and also reduced the calories.

Crockpot cuisine
