Bicycle commuters can combine their trips with public transit to help reduce traffic and pollution, and to enjoy more healthful and less stressful rides. Efforts by Congress and local transit authorities in cities such as San Francisco, CA, to accommodate bicyclists, are described.

A 36-year-old woman with a benign fibroid tumor growing on her uterus describes her search for the right surgeon and her decision regarding a hysterectomy or a myomectomy. She elected to have a myomectomy, the removal of the fibroids only, and the operation was a success.

Actress Jane Seymour, with her parents and sister, travelled to Indonesia to look for the Japanese concentration camp where her mother was held prisoner for three and a half years in World War II. They found the camp near Bogor, just south of Jakarta, Indonesia.
