Stop the dance of guilt; rethink your food attitude

Many women seem to share a common bond of guilt about food. In doing the 'dance of guilt' women will compare poor eating habits and their results. This self-deprecation may serve as a means of avoiding responsibility. It is better to eat regularly, enjoy eating and avoid self-pity.
