Some of the easy guidelines that will let anyone keep cool, even with the most annoying and difficult people are described. Expecting the expected, not reacting, requesting a holiday truce, looking for hidden gifts, practicing self-defense, knowing ones limits and silencing the critics are the seven easy ways to get along with anyone during the holiday or festival season.
