"I got a tummy tuck."

Article Abstract:

A woman who lost the 100 pounds she gained during her pregnancy with twins and had excess stomach skin describes her decision to have plastic surgery to remove the skin. The surgery she underwent was called a mini abdominoplasty, not a full abdonimoplasty, which tightens the lower and upper abdomen.
