There are several steps a woman must take upon detection of a lump in her breast. Among which are: to see a doctor for an ultrasound or mammogram test, and seek the opinion of a breast specialist for any need of either watchful waiting, needle aspiration or biopsy.

Water comprises 50% to 55% of women's bodies and is essential to daily health since it serves many interrelated purposes. Daily water intake consist of a minimum of eight glasses for the body to be able to regulate its essential functions.
