New moms are motivated to stay healthy, as they want to have lots of energy to care for and enjoy their children. It is suggested that the parents should change the behaviors that they do not wish to pass on to their children, as such children who grow up believing that it is worthwhile to be kind to others, make the world a better place for everyone.
