Is food the best medicine?

Nutraceuticals are increasingly gaining acceptance as factors in the prevention and treatment of disease. Also known as functional foods, these are food and food ingredients said to have medical or health benefits. Ten foods and food ingredients that are proven nutraceuticals are enumerated.

Panic attack

Article Abstract:

Some three million Americans suffer from panic disorder. Most of the victims are women, making panic disorder the most prevalent mental ailment among women. Panic attacks can lead to a feeling of depersonalization and loss of control. Symptoms and treatment are discussed.

Why we're so dissatisfied with sex
