Is your fish dangerous?

Article Abstract:

Research has shown that many American women have dangerously high levels of mercury, which causes muscle weakness, hair loss or even fatigue, in their bodies and nutrition experts feel that too much of seafood may be one of the reasons for this. Many states all across the US have issued warning asking people, especially pregnant women, to reduce consumption of seafood despite their high nutrition content.

The truth about germs

Germs are everywhere in the atmosphere due to which one can catch a flu anywhere but there are different ways to protect oneself from all illnesses that are transmitted due to these germs. Good personal hygiene is one of the most important protection one can take and experts in various fields suggest ways one can stay away from illnesses in places like the gymnasium, salons and malls.

The truth about salt

The effects of too much salt in the body are many, and the majority of packaged foods are high in sodium. The recommended daily requirement is 2,400 milligrams, which measures about a teaspoon of salt. A list of sources of salt helps people determine how they can reduce their sodium intake.
