Jump rope; burn fat

Article Abstract:

Jumping rope exercises can provide an effective method of burning fat, firming muscles and increasing stamina. Nearly as many calories can be burned jumping a rope for 15 minutes as running a 10-minute mile. Purchasing a jump rope, and jump rope exercises are discussed.
