Kathy's lower-body workout

A lower body workout routine developed by fitness instructor Kathy Smith is presented. The program involves low-repetitions and is designed to tone and shape lower-body muscles. Exercises includes squats, leg lifts and glute-sweeps, decline heel bridges, dips, calf raises and thigh lifts.
