Know when to fold 'em

Article Abstract:

A recent study on mental and physical health of people who resist quitting revealed that people who quit easily were healthier than those who are highly competitive and never quit. Another study revealed that quitters exhibited lower levels of a protein that is linked to inflammation. Other benefits of quitting, together with ways to quit, are discussed.
