Article Abstract:

The diet plan of Dr. Walford who has created a software program that can calculate the exact number of nutrients and calories in any food is practiced by over nine hundred people worldwide not by the desire to loose weight but the ambition to live longer is reported. The calorie restriction (CR) dieters can reduce their body temperature and this catapults the body into a survival mode, which retards the aging process.
