A woman combines exercise and healthful diet to regain some of the pounds that she has lost after undergoing surgery for a genetic disease called familial adenomatous polyposis. Her workout schedule includes stationary cycling, jogging, stepping, toning, weight training, stretching and meditation.

Learning to be a friend
