"Make me healthier!"

Article Abstract:

Small changes to the everyday routine can ensure a healthy body but one has to set goals, like lowering cholesterol or losing weight, before making these changes. Four women with various health-related problems were asked to keep a daily log of what they ate and did and simple changes were suggested in every case for fantastic results.
