Makeup update: smoky eyes, arched brows, pale lips

Article Abstract:

Makeup for the fall of 1995 is fun and shiny. The look for the season consists of smoky eyes, arched brows and pale lips. Dark shadows are used to make the eyes more expressive and the eyebrows are used to accent the face. Muted colors are used to keep the mouth fashionably pale.
