Memories fabric

Article Abstract:

Quilting is considered as a form of storytelling where people attach their stories to the pieces of fabric, and then to attach the pieces of fabric to one another like building a narrative. The varied experiences of Karin and Jennifer Cook, Jacqueline Woodson, and Jessica Pasley regarding the way memories are preserved by a quilt is discussed.
