Mindful muscles: get strong and serene with these 9 yoga moves

Article Abstract:

Nine yoga postures that increases flexibility, promotes relaxation and inner peace are presented. Yoga also helps build muscles isometrically and develops coordination and functional strength. Some of the yoga postures include the bent arm plank, the relaxation pose and the locust posture.

Walk, don't run

Article Abstract:

A walking program can get boring unless it is varied, such as changing the intensity or walking uphill. Good form is important, and learning how to pace a walk is essential. Walking warm-up exercises and two walking workouts are described.
