My amazing journey

Article Abstract:

A journalist has described her experiences in Africa while working for 'Walk for Hope: AIDS Walk Africa 2004', to raise money for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Her main aim was to see the natural beauty of South Africa, the devastation caused by HIV/AIDS and the progress made by the organization in preventing the spread of this disease.

New ways to walk

Article Abstract:

Walking is an excellent workout. It usually does not require any apparatus or skill and can be done around the neighborhood, through the snow or even in water. Walking is also a good way to meditate and contemplate.
