The National Organization for Women has named security firm Smith Barney and automobile manufacturer Mitsubishi 'Merchants of Shame.' The title has been given to both companies because their workplaces have been found to be laden with sexual harassment, discrimination and abuse towards women and people of color. NOW is campaigning against companies such as Smith Barney and Mitsubishi and is fighting for people to have fair working conditions with equal access to promotions and company benefits.
