Women trying to get pregnant can choose from several noninvasive and innovative techniques. These alternative approaches to infertility include mind conditioning, acupuncture and herbal medicines. The latter includes kidney tonics aimed at promoting the maturation of ovarian follicles and blood invigorating remedies that may induce ovulation.
