No time to lose

Article Abstract:

A new treatment to cure the eating disorder in women either suffering from anorexia or bulimics, is based on a 12-year old program developed at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm Sweden called Mandometer Clinic. The techniques uses a novel three-pronged method of healing that includes biofeedback, heat therapy and social support, teaches the patient to eat a regular speed, to bond the feeling of hunger and fullness and understand the body's natural satiety cues.

"I thought it was a bladder infection"

Article Abstract:

Kristen Reno speaks on her experience of being diagnosed for ovarian cancer, which she initially thought was just a bladder infection. Though she regrets that she would not be able to have biological children due to her ovaries and uterus been removed, she feels lucky to have found the cancer on time, to be successfully treated, and to have the support of her mother and husband, Jon throughout her struggle.

Article Abstract:

The best time for working out is when a person has time for exercises as per his daily schedule. Some tips are provided for working out, and it is suggested that one should warm up slowly, workout at lunchtime and make the most out of the limited time in order to obtain good results.
