Three working mothers with unique jobs relate how they divide their time between their family and work. A circus showgirl performs with her husband and daughters, an airline pilot has a supportive husband and an efficient nanny, and a general contractor has gained her coworkers' respect with her dedication and bright ideas.

Handling difficult co-workers

Effective communication between working mothers and their co-workers is important. Less friction is created between employees if problems can be addressed reasonably. Ways to diffuse unnecessary stress are described.
