Nutrition before and after baby

An expectant mother needs to eat a nutritious diet to ensure the health of her baby. A well-balanced diet has the correct amounts of vitamins, minerals, fruits and vegetables, proteins and carbohydrates, and fats which provide essential nutrients for the baby's proper development.

Will your baby be premature?

Article Abstract:

Expectant mothers should eat right, exercise and take caution to ensure that their babies are not born premature. If their babies are born premature, most preterm babies need little or no special care as their organs are already functional.
