Article Abstract:

A best friend reintroduced 37-year-old Robinson to healthy living after divorce and single parenthood drove her to overeating and depression. Her friend convinced her to go running, exercise portion control in eating and adopt more healthful eating habits. She has lost 60 lbs to reach a healthy 121 lbs.

A woman narrates how she was able to successfully lost weight and maintained it by healthy eating and exercise. Not wanting to gain weight again after her graduate studies, she began consuming more fruits and vegetables. She also enrolled in a gym and watched her fat intake.
