Research shows that women in China have one of the lowest rates of heart ailments and experts say that this could be because of high consumption of vegetables, seafood and soy foods. Five recipes based on Asian principles of healthy eating, including one tofu rich dish and another that uses a combination of rice and turkey, are featured.
