Powerful leadership skills for women
Article Abstract:
There has been a growth in the number of women who have held management, executive, administrative and other leadership jobs, especially between 1972 to 1988. Effective leaders or those who do not play the blame-game, can be identified by their problem-solving leadership style. Such leaders have a strong belief in the value of employee input, offer chances for creativity and interaction and set time for feedback and information exchange.
