Not all raw or half-cooked vegetables are good for the human body. Women, especially those in their early to mid-30s, have to maintain healthy diets since they are among the most susceptible to certain cancers, such as cervical, breast and even bone cancer.

Clothing manufacturers are responding to the need for more skin protection from harmful sun rays, and are producing garments with higher SPF levels than regular clothes offer. These clothes are either tightly woven or include a chemical coating.
