Quitting time: no more excuses: there have never been so many ways to stop smoking

Article Abstract:

Women smokers have a harder time quitting smoking than men, but there are now several ways by which they can quit the pernicious habit. Suggested methods include uncovering the emotions underlying the habit and using medications to suppress the need for nicotine.
