Riding the winds of change

Article Abstract:

Change may be inevitable but people are capable of controlling its effects on their lives. To manage change more effectively, individuals have to accept it positively. They should learn to anticipate, acknowledge and manage their emotions. It would also make them feel better if they evaluate the benefits of the change and strive to become a change agent. Change provides opportunities for people to discover and know more about themselves.
