Root vegetables like beets, carrots, and potatoes are good source of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals. These ingredients are proven to decrease the chances of developing breast, stomach and colon cancer. In addition, they also enhance the color and flavor of cooked foods.

Hand-held meals in a roll, commonly known as wraps, are currently invading American tables and restaurants. The meals are not only convenient to prepare but are also handy to bring everywhere. Recipes for different wraps are presented.
