Seven great moves to boost your behind

Article Abstract:

Gluteal muscles can most effectively be developed if exercises isolate and concentrate on the buttocks. Seven simple, but effective, exercises to isolate the gluteal muscles are presented. It is recommended that the exercises be combined with other leg and aerobic exercises.
