Article Abstract:

Stong may simply be one of Canadian figure-skating's most powerful people. Some of his tasks as the newly appointed head of skating development of the Canadian Figure Skating Assn are handling the country's more than 180,000 skaters, specific of which is to assess why contemporary female Canadian skaters are less successful than their earlier counterparts.
