Speed up your workout; these intervals will help you get faster and more focused

Article Abstract:

Tempo training, also called anaerobic-threshold intervals, can help athletes increase their speed and reach new levels of performance. This is achieved by alternating intervals at the desired pace with slower intervals. Tips on how runners, cyclists and swimmers can use this technique are given.
