Working mothers must be able to identify the right amount of time to be allotted for household and business chores in order to make optimal use of their schedules. They are also advised to breakdown a day's work in smaller steps while distributing light assignments to other family members.

How to find more family time

Working mothers can learn to manage their time by realizing that they can be more productive if they plan their activities and set priorities. They should schedule time to be with their family, reduce the amount of time they watch TV and let their children help with daily tasks.
