The 20-minute myth

Article Abstract:

There has been a belief that at least a 20 minute aerobic exercise session was necessary if any benefits were to be gained. However, recent studies indicate that even a 10-minute session can be beneficial for most people, and that 20 minutes may not be long enough for advanced fitness.
