The art of movement

Kinespherics is a type of cardiovascular workout that combines spirals, emotional dynamics, diagonals and reaches with traditional aerobic exercises. The workout was developed by Kristine Lindahl and features slow wide body movements. Basic kinespherics routines are also presented.
