The could-do-better syndrome: how to motivate an underachieving teen

Article Abstract:

Underachieving adolescents can be constructively motivated if parents can get to the core of the problem. There are six common types of underachievers, and each type is motivated differently. It would also be wise for parents to seek professional guidance for underachieving children.
