The dairy dilemma: is milk a must - or a dietary dud?

Article Abstract:

People have consumed milk for thousands of years, but there are varying opinions as to its effect on the body. Some believe it is a good food, while others point to lactose intolerance and other factors. However, most people could improve their diet by drinking more low-fat or nonfat milk.
