One woman talks about the summers she spent outdoors with family and friends while growing up in Canada. She recalls activities such as watching a movie at Fundy National Park's outdoor amphitheater with her family and trekking with friends around the woods beside a school in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Article Abstract:

Clinically depressed women sometimes commit suicide despite the availability of psychotherapy and medication to treat depression. This is because most women never face their problem and seek professional help. Antidepressants and psychotherapy are effective for about 90% of sufferers.
