The fat came back

Article Abstract:

Health-conscious people consume mass-produced baked goods and packaged foods which contain vegetable-based fats in an attempt to avoid unsaturated fats. However, research shows that these foods contain unsaturated fats which are linked to an increased incidence in heart disease and breast cancer.

When the casino came to town

Article Abstract:

Casinos have become one of the Canadian government's largest sources of revenues. There are already 16 licensed casinos in Canada, which have increased employment rates and generated large amounts of revenues in rent and taxes. More casinos are foreseen to operate in the future.
