The finishing touch: the upright row picks up where the deadlift leaves off

Article Abstract:

Lifting a heavy weight requires the use of a series of muscles. The muscles of the hips and legs hold the torso erect so the force can transfer to the shoulders. The upright row exercise will help develop the upper body muscles necessary to complete the lift.
